We don’t fund circumstances. We fund futures.
A mentor
A trusted adult who works with the young person, and their family when needed, to shape a plan, find the support they’re already entitled to, choose a direction and stick with it.
Practical support
Whatever helps them move their project forward and lead a balanced life: sport, holidays, everyday equipment, the right conditions to do well at school, new experiences and a wider view of the world.
Every package is tailored to the individual. One young person can be helped on several fronts at once, and the support evolves as they do. Our aim is to help them move forward true to who they are and who they want to become, without money making the decision for them.
Friendship
Wherever she went, she built lasting, genuine friendships. So we give priority to what brings people together: the club, the team, the group, the camp.
Nature protection
She cared deeply about the natural world, and she inspires us to take our programmes outdoors: hiking, farm stays, fresh air, and respect for everything around us.
Unity
Whatever someone’s background, religion or culture, she looked for what they had in common. We help everyone, without distinction, in a spirit of solidarity.
Teachers, youth workers, clubs, social services — or parents: get in touch and we’ll explain how it works and when our next committee meets.
Your gift pays for a mentor, a club membership, a laptop, a trip. Give once, or every month.
